At HearBright, almost all repairs can be completed in-house. We have an extensive supply of parts, cleaning tools, and specialized equipment. Because all hearing aids purchased directly from HearBright have a life-time service warranty*, we keep a stock of supplies in our lab of speaker links, tips, buds, wax guards, various tubings, and battery doors.
Most importantly, all hearing aids purchased directly from HearBright are deep cleaned in our dehumidifier every six months. We service our hearing aids proactively, before break-downs occur.
Remember that all new hearing aids have a factory repair warranty for a limited time. This repair warranty is utlized if the casing of the aid needs to be accessed for an electronics part change.
HearBright will service hearing aids purchased elsewhere during the Community Day every three months. Please see our Events for restrictions.
